No Noise 4 Me From: FairfieldRes Date posted: 9/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2005   When I first moved in, I had a joker dropping his weights on the floor above me. I raised hell and they kicked his ass, quiet. I have a beautiful light parkay floor and I don't have carpeting because I don't clump around in hard heeled shoes. I switch to rubber flip-flops when I get home. Never bothered tenant under me so never had to put down carpeting. Rent is frozen for 3 years because of Mandarin Oriental Hotel construction. This place is the center of the universe, expensive but what do you expect. Want to pay less, go to public housing you freaks !
