Location, location, location. These apartments are located in the center of Boston. You can go to the Pru shop center, copley place, new berry st. within few minutes. Even better, shaws is right below the apartment. Yes, you hear some noises from your neighbors but in most case, they are trivial. I strongly recommend this apartment.
