Not worth the rent From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   The positives - its a great location The negatives - the construction noise is unbearable and the work continues on the weekends even though we were told this would never happen. The noise from the people above you will also drive you crazy. Unless you are deaf and extremely rich don't waste your time.
