People Complain Too Much! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Try to find a better location for the price. No place is perfect, but this place comes pretty darn close. Virtually everything is at your fingertips. I've had a noise problem with the person above me but the management staff was helpful and took care of it. The leasing peeps were also very upfront and professional. I've lived in other buildings and frankly I am not moving out of Avalon. And so what about the construction, it's a city -- get used to it. So to those of you complaining, consider moving to Quincy or better yet Idaho!
