No place is perfect, but you won't find a better location or services for the price. I moved in over a year ago and living at the Avalon has simplified my life. The staff is always friendly and accomodating. I was concerned about the construction of the new hotel but the leasing agent set realistic expectations. So far it has been fine and the management office has been very responsive and always post notices about things that are going on with it. Bottom line: it's a great place to live in the cneter of it all.
