I have been living at the Avalon for the past 9 months and am sad to be leaving to Manhattan in a few months. The community is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and responsive. I have locked myself out on multiple occasions (sometimes back-to-back days) and didn't hear a peep from them. Concierge is helpful with cabs, tickets, laundry, etc. Maintenance were also helpful and pretty responsive. This is by far the best value for money in terms of studio size for me - I can probably fit another bed and sofa in there (and i've already got a Queen, loveseat, sofa, 40" TV, coffee table, etc.) Good place, good value for money. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
