Very convenient, all the ameneties From: user235 Date posted: 4/24/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   This is a great place for people who seek convenience, like busy young professionals. Can't beat the location, you walk to an excellent grocery store, post office, bank, CVS, Blockbuster, also close to Back Bay, Fenway, the MFA, Symphony Hall. Building is a converted garage, so the rooms are very small (even in a 2 BR), but the ameneties are attractive: laundry, rooftop pool, small gym, deck, 24h concierge, professional management. The place is very social, especially in the summer. Overall, if you do not crave space, it's a great place to live in!
