I lived in this building for 3 years. The apartments are small, but the amenities are fantastic -- arroftop deck, a wonderful laundryroom that uses a smartcard instead of quarters, a front desk concierge and optional indoor parking. It is located just a short walk from many interesting things including the Symphony, Prudential Center and Newbury Street. It is close to the T. Every problem we reported to maintenance was handled promptly. The onsite manager is friendly and helpful -- accomodating special requests when it is possible. If our need for a larger apartment wasn't so pressing, we would still live there. I d ohave to note that rents probably are much higher than what we paid -- as is true for most of the apartments in Boston.
