12 Stoneholm Street is a full service building and a great place to live!

I enjoyed three years at 12 Stoneholm Street. The 24 hour concierge, pool, exercise room and laundry room are all major bonuses to this building. The location is very close to Boylston Steet. The on street parking at times becomes a hassle, but for a price you can pay to park in the building. The rent unfortunately does increase considerably each year and the small lofts are becoming very pricy for what you get. The building Manager and Staff are friendly and very responsive to any of your needs. The building has a beautiful lobby and everything is kept clean and presentable at all times. Overall, I truly enjoyed my 3 years at Stoneholm but the price did drive me out! Great building for young professionals. Very close to storrow drive, the Mass Pike and the Green Line.
