The building needs some TLC...give it some time From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I picked up a one bedroom loft in Stoneholm recently for a pretty good price considering the Back Bay quiet street location, indoor parking, and closeness to downtown Boston. Although I definitely do agree the building is currently a little rundown, the renovations are being ramped up. All of the common areas are being renovated and the exterior is getting a face lift. If anyone is thinking of buying a unit, I'd do it now before the place becomes too nice and the prices go up.
