Stoneholm Street: horrible management

the rent and buying price of the apartment is too high for what the apartment actually offers. first off, the heat is electic, so in the winter time when you have the heater on, your electrics bills come out on average to 300-400 dollars. last year when they were replacing the the floor to ceiling windows, they left the area open for about 4-5 days with no actually insulation making the apartment too cold to even stay there. they did not even lower the rent during that time or apologize for any inconvenience. the management lied and said that the construction would be completed in january but it really ended up being completed in april. if i had known that i would have never agreed to pay 1600 a month for rent because they are renovating. also the kitchens have no ceilings lights and if you are paying that much for rent, that is something that they should have. whenever you put in a work order it takes a long time for them to respond and you have to keep on going on to the management office to ask them. if you do not do that they will not respond. overall my experience living at stoneholm was attrocious and i will never live there ever again.
