Yikes. Granted I lived at 90 Charles Street, one of their apartments in the 1980s, but I doubt that much has changed since then. I think they painted the interior hallways, but that is most likely about it. The intercom never worked, the radiator broke once and they wouldn't come to fix it on the weekend, so I had no heat. They never touched the walls with paint, and then did not give me back my security deposit as they said I lived there for half the month of August 1985. Funny, I had a job starting on July 13th, 1985, in Colorado. I never did get my money and when I complained I was told they are a prestigious company, blah blah blah. Don't bother. With the greed fest that is the rental scene in Boston these days, I would probably wretch over what they are getting for that 5 floor walk-up dump.
