From: vermin60@aol.com Date posted: 7/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   First, I had a very good experience with Sutton Real Estate. Owen went out of the way showing me about 15 apartments around the Fenway Area. Owen spoke to his boss about my limited budget, they help to negotiated with the landlord and also got the landlord to pay for most of the broker fee. Second the people that write reviews and are anonymous are in my opinion are weak individuals and need to get a realty check. It is cheap to write an opinion and not site any real examples. Also Sutton Real Estate is not a management company, it is a real estate company like many others, they show many different landlords apartment all over the Fenway and Northeastern University area. By the way my name is Suzy and my roommate and I found a great apartment because of this office.
