it cool, i lived here for 17 years, it had its ups and downs, maintence is convient, but hte place falls apart quick anyway. great area, your next to the mall, your in the best place to shop, newbury st, boylston ect... your in the heart of boston. Aprtment could be bigger, townhouses are a nice size. courtyard always kept clean. management is fair.
