We do not know about Trilogy, however, same management/development company; Samuels & Associates/ Edward Wadman, lead area manager.
Management continuously mislead tenants; Samuels & Assoc.

actions are indicative of an organization who believes they are above the law.

Samuels & Associates Management has provided exception service to the tenants of 1330 Boylston Street and Trilogy. I have always found that the management staff particularly, Mr. Wadman and Mr. Reynolds have been proactive and responsive to the needs of their residents, retail tenants, and the community. As with all apartment buildings there is an occasional work order, event an isolated pest here or there, nothing as described above.
