Lived here for 4 months and have had no problems. I have a studio apt. that came fully furnished...wood floors which is nice. The bathroom is quite small but totally functional...reminds me of a Bradys Bunch bathroom regarding the style but like I said...it works fine. I have an apt. on the 24th floor and my view is wonderful. Overlooking the charles River and I can see Fenway park when the Sox play. Sunsets to die for. Only complaint is that the pool is expensive to join...$100. It is NOT included in your rent which is ridiculous. On the other hand they just opened a fitness center that will be open 24/7 and I think the cost is $20 a month. I have yet to check it out but the flyers state the equipment is new. So, all in all a great place to be. The location couldn't be any better. Easy access to 2 T stations, right by the Fleet Center, the North End and Fanneil Hall. There is also a dry cleaners, small food shop, Dominos Pizza and 2 other small restuarants on the first floor of the complex. Right next door in a CVS and WholeFoods. I don't have a car but hear a parking space is $400 a month...but Boston is expensive like that anywhere. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
