I live in the Emerson building now and was amazed when I went to see other apartments in the area that none had even half of the square footage for a similar price. Being a family with kids it was important to have plenty of space for the kids to play. The staff is always very friendly and I found that since I moved in after September I got a great deal. I would recommend it for families with young kids especially since there's a playground, daycare and even the hospital is right across the street!

Also, I ran a google search to get one of those apartment rewards and came up with http://mycityapartment.com who gave me the best reward ($500) and the guys over there drove me around for showings and helped me search and lock down an apartment.
