I was a tennant for nearly 8 years here. The building has a staffed management office with at least two maintenance people during the day. It is kept in good condition with mandatory federal inspections at least once a year. The building was renovated first back in the '80s and again just last year. New windows, kitchens and baths. The the staff was attentive and helpful. The community includes assisted housing families, income sensitive units, and market rate units. It is a pleasant environment overall and I strongly recommend these apartments for Fenway/Symphony residents.
