DO NOT LIVE HERE Do not live at the PLS. I was there for 2 years. They attempted to raise our rent by $300-400 every year and the management is an absolute nightmare. Please heed this advice and stay away from the PLS.

Do not make same mistake twice Never use this company. BRW is a bunch of unprofessional and very rude kids. We made a big mistake by hiring them. They charge a lot and do nothing. Charged thousands of dollards twice for the same project. Unprofessional is the best word to descride this company.
