Harbor Point Apartments

24 Oyster Bay Road, Boston, MA 02125

06/01/14 by anonymous: I lived at Harbor Point for a couple of years and I really liked it. Close to the water with amazing views of the city. You can see the 4th of July fireworks from there. It's very convenient to the city. The amenities are decent. The only is I feel it's overpriced for what it is, but I understand that it's so easy for them to rent a two bedroom and two bathroom apartment for more

Park Lane Seaport

One Park Lane, Boston, MA 02210

08/05/14 by Verified Resident: Noisy (concerts across street, bars, etc.), dated apartments, good environment for people in their 20's, limited deck chairs and access, dogs occasionally mess in elevators/interior and exterior walkways, relatively safe area, good Silver Line access, concierge very good, management office marginal. more

Parkside Apartments

91 Westland Avenue, Boston, MA 02115

07/22/14 by marn: The pull of this apartment is the location. If not for the location, I would never ever recommend this building to anybody. Pros: The maintenance staff is very nice and can be helpful. Location. Allows dogs. Cons: The people who work in the management office on the first floor are the most unprofessional, condescending, terrible people - I do not even know where they find people this awful to more

The West End Apartments

4 Emerson Place, Boston, MA 02114

05/14/14 by anonymous: HORRIBLE! My first year here was OK. If you live in #4, expect at least one elevator to always be broken. There was a period of 6 months or so when at least once a week the fire department had to come and pry open doors to get people out of stuck elevators. A bit disconcerting! I literally started jumping out of the elevators for fear it may start to fall. Maintenance people are the best part more

Avalon at Prudential Center

780 Boylston St, Boston, MA 02199

02/03/14 by anonymous: You can't trust Avalon. Thy are cutting 24 hour doorman service at the 790 Building only. There will be no overnight doorman at 790, but there will continue to be overnight doorman service at the 780 and 770 Buildings. They did not tell 790 Building residents about these change when leases were signed. Who knows what service cuts are next? You certainly won't know when you sign more
