Devonshire fabulous - Our family has been here for five months. The location is perfect. The staff is perfect. I love absolutely everything about this place. There are great views. Big Problem The manager (Stacy) is truly an unprofessional who thought it was best to screw hundreds of tenants over, especially those on previous management's waitlist. She did so by raising rent 33% and did not give anyone on the waitlist leniency since she knew they became victims.
