Years at this apartment: 1983 - 1996
 
I lived there from the time I was in 1st grade until I graduated high school and it was so ghetto. It started out nice and went downhill FAST. Just because they changed the name and did over some things doesn't make it any better. And for the $$$ you pay you should be living in luxury - not squalor.
