I have been a resident at Braintree Village for a year now. I have seen it progressively get better. If I have a problem with anything in my apartment, management and maintenance are always right ontop of things. After reading the other reviews, it seems as though people don't realize that when living in a large community, teenagers, hallway noise and parking issues are more than common and should not negatively influence the reputation of the property. I can only speak for myself, but my experiences with the staff have been pleasant and management seems to be attentive to the challenges and needs of the property.
