Having read all the negative things written about Braintree Village , I would like to tell you my positive experiences of living there for 3 years. My husband and I moved into Braintree Village in 2001. We chose the property because of the close proximity to Boston as well as the spacious apartments. The fact that all of the utilities were included in the rent did not hurt one bit. We saved up our money to put down on a new house...the only reason why we moved.

The property has a great gym & indoor pool that we used every chance we could. In the summer their outdoor pool is great for taking a dip after a long day at work.

The office staff was wonderful and any problems we had in our apartment was only a phone call away from being repaired by the maintenance staff.

This property is a hidden gem. Don't always believe what you read about a place. Go there and see for yourself. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
