i have lived here for almost a year now and i can not even begin to describe the horror of this place.
It started out fine. the management was okay, but not overly accomadating then the winter came and things when down hill from there. First our slider started to leak, small but enough. called management andthey said they would take care of it. They took care of it alright....THREE MONTHS LATER!!! both bedroom ceilings started to leak. It took management 2 MONTHS to fix those ones. Our sink is constantly backing up and so is the drain to the shower. there is no ventilation in the hall ways and they always smell subhuman. and all that is just the apartment itself.
the parking lot is aweful.my first day there i woke up to an extremely rude letter on my windshield informing me that i had parked in someone elses spot in the "unassigned" parking lot. kids are everywhere, doing nothing with not supervision. my car has been hit twice in the parking lot. and my friends car vandalized. the pool is nice, but only if you go by yourself because you have to pay five dollars for each non resident you bring there.
Needless to say, i am in the process of getting another apartment. Good luck to anyone who wants to take a chance on this place.
