Braintree Ghetto not luxury

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2006
 
I've lived here from 1995-2006, and so far here is the breakdown:

Unfortunately there is a lot of Section 8 housing here, little kids running around like gangs all the time. It is not safe for accessories on your car, I put many and had them stolen and my car scratched.

Maintenance comes in a good fashion and does all the work promptly, good staff as well.

Hallways are disgusting even after their remodeling.

In general, I would NOT pick this place, for this price this is a horrible place to live, you're better off buying a condo in quincy.
