I have lived in this place for 7 years. I am a single parent and did not have many options price wise. The Rent includes Heat, Hot Water, Central Air and Electricity. The Management staff is okay....Jocelyn very helpful. Gail okay at times.

Winter is a tough time as when the Snow falls and there is a lot of Ice they may not get to your area to much later in the day because the complex is so large. I once slipped on Ice and hurt my back and was told that maintance guys can't be every where at once. I guess it was my fault that there was no salt on the Iced ground at 8 am in the morning.

The Pool is nice , Clean . It gets very crowded and this is the one and only place that they have some sort of control of the Kids/Teenagers.

The Teenagers are the biggest problem here the parents must be on vacation or don't care how they act. I work full time and have a little girl and every night the cops are here breaking up fights or getting the teenagers away from sitting on cars and destroying property. This is a Glorified Ghetto!! Management told me to call the cops if I was being disturbed.... and that they do have security now so things should get better. Well the Security Guard looks like he is 80 and the teenagers are not afraid of him or pay him any mind. These kids will walk right in front of your car and dare you to hit them. I have been tempted to do so but don't want to go to jail.

I have some very great neighbors that are very pleaseant but not being able to have peace and sleep with out hearing the F word and the C work a million times a night is no fun. Going to work tired and cranky from lack of sleep due to noise is not good. Management needs to get a grip on this.
