I have lived not to far from "Braintree Village" and I remember when it was first built it was beautiful but now geezzzzzzzzzz the people that they allow to live in there is unbelievable....nasty!
Social Services should come in there and do a clean sweep and get all those triviling parents out of there.....they dont deserve their children never mind their apartments...30% subsidized guess who the 30% are...."rock heads" hoochies, non educated idiots why they deserve housing I'll never know..........what about our vetrans or better yet AMERICAN PEOPLE!

this has got to be one of the most ignorant hateful things i have read and i do read, a lot actually, i am very educated, the best parent i know(imagine, i actually deserve my own educated children)and even AMERICAN!! native born even!!! without the housing benefits i have had for eight years, (i received a voucher 3 yrs. after a divorce, my eligibility was based on the fact that I was paying more than 50% of my income on utilities and rent, my children were living in absolute poverty despite my working @70 hours weekly,7days a week) without this assistance my children would never have seen their mom and still we would have lived a life of destitution- maybe your anger(i would more aptly call it jealousy yet i cannot see how one could be jealous of people still living below poverty level) should be directed at the fathers of children who see divorce as not just a means of ending a relationship but rather as a means of relieving themselves of their current and any/all financial responsibity for their children and even their basest needs such as housing and food, child support(if it is granted and if it is recieved )provides for 28-33% of the absent parents'taxed( that word is key) income that, upon leaving a situation where one has previously been a part of and in the same household of their children and their support, 28% is nothing to the custodial parent and a huge relief to the absent parent this is a problem faced daily not only for abandoned families but for the government who has attempted to better the lives of a small portion of these struggling and very very grateful people, there are unfit parents, drug users and immigrants in every class of people not only sec. 8 recipients, how dare you comment with disgust on people with whom you have obviously never been anywhere near, people who know each day that their survival is subsidized and are so appreciative, you have never lived a desperate day in your life have you? your bitter better than thou words are appalling lady
