I stayed here in 2002 and it was the worst year for me healthwise. I had several problems in living in the bad apartment in this location, I moved out before my lease fished for a year. The place was ok initially but small problems seemed to creep in. Its an old apartment complex and may actually even have lead paint so it would be bad for kids. The gym was closed half the time as they did not have a person to be lifeguard. The crown is a bit shady and police is there often. I was approached by young girls several times asking for cigaretes, not a good atmosphere. Temperature settings cannot be controlled inside the partment as electricity is included. Once the lights went off and was gone for almost a day. Outdoor parking not nice in winters.
