I have lived here for almost a year. I am a professional and I pay full rent. You get what you pay for and the $1,475 rent for a two bedroom with utilities included is the best deal in the Boston area, and lets not forget central air. The walk to the T is not bad 10 min, route 3 and I-93 two blocks away. There are a few kids but not enough to make you feel you are living in a daycare center, but just enough to keep the place alive with people. The apartments are nice with big bedrooms and kitchen with no problems with any type of bugs, pest, or molds. You cannot hear your neighbors TV, and most people mind their business. Lots of trees and grass. The police headquarters is up the street, so they patrol but do not disturb the tenants. This is good considering the place history a few years ago but now crime is very low. I have not heard of any apartment or car break-ins. I have left my car doors open numerous times and had no problems. This place has a reputation of having police patrols four to five times a day, which keeps the riffraff at bay. I like the place, and cannot find a better apartment this close to Boston, the T, and for this price. One extra note, I noticed allot of complaints about this place. It is my opinion these people are the ones who do not have to pay full rent. They are expecting to have $3000.00 apartment living for the price of $200.00.
