Pros:
1. pool
2. tennis court
3. close to xway
4. nice gas stove
5. dishwasher

Cons:
1. Noisy/dirty tenants
2. fleas I encountered in laundry room
3. closet doors fall off when opening
4. very poor workmanship throughout apt. even after they 'renovated'
5. 30% subsidized and very obvious!

When we moved in - part of the reason was that we were told we could store our bikes either on the patio, or if we got a 3rd floor unit, we could chain them to the railing. Few months later, we see notices that they will come/remove and charge you for doing exactly that.

They worry about small/petty things, like children playing in the courtyard, while my neighbor leaves her trash in the hallway and there's kids outside blaring music til all hours of the night.

They appear to not have their priorities straight about what's important enough to enforce.

By the way... I am not a disgruntled tenant and I've always paid my rent on time (FULL rent by the way), I am just telling it like it is.
