We initially searched in Quincy and were discouraged by the horribly overpriced and ugly selection. We found the Landmark by accident and were thrilled to see such a beautiful place. The price is high, but VERY reasonable compared to Quincy and Boston. The building is unique and floor plans are all different. Try for a 3rd floor unit to get the skylight. The ceilings are very high. We never hear anyone else. Cons: they allow smoking in common areas, staff are sometimes delayed in getting back to you, laundary room had some problems, but they fixed them, workout room is pathetic. OVERALL: The BEST place in the area. Definitely worth check it out.
