My husband and I have lived in this complex for nearly 5 years now. Most renters are neat and friendly people. No wild parties going on here, in fact it's a bit boring (which I consider good). Management is nice. They work hard to make everybody happy. Maintenance is sometimes slow in showing up but has gotten better in the past year. Location is good. Apartments are nice. No noise, good lay-out, water pressure is fine, airco works well, rent price is okay, doing laundry only costs a buck. I can definitely recommend this place.
