The staff here is very nice, the previous comments were probably exaggerated or due to specific issues. The comments about package delivery are correct. The apartments are nice as well; all have a full size washer and dryer. I did ask for some small things to be fixed after I moved in and they did a poor job, it was not that big of a deal, but for what I pay to live here it should have been done right. The absolute worst thing about living here is the gun club/shooting range next door. If you don?t want to hear gun fire all day every day (even Sunday and Holidays) while you are outside you may want to look somewhere else. I have a nice balcony but I can?t really enjoy it because all you hear on a nice day outside is gunfire. I have heard several other residents complain about pipes freezing and even got a notice to leave the hot water running every day that the temp is less than 30 degrees, but I have not had a problem. One great thing about this property is that they provide a free shuttle for residents to the Braintree red line and commuter rail station. This year snow removal has been pretty good; things were cleared up enough to get out the day after the blizzard. Another great thing is that they are dog friendly, and there is a really nice park less than a mile away. Some residents are less than responsible about picking up, but the management is actively correcting this and things have improved a great deal. My vote is if you can live with the guns you will probably like this place.
