Well all I have to say is if you enjoy stepping in dog ---- then you'll love living here. I was out walking my dog this morning and had to remove my shoes before entering back into my building so I didn't track it into the hallway...It's everywhere even on the sidewalks!! I guess management doesn't care enough to clean it up...
I can also guaruntee you will have at least one flood in your apartment while you live here. I also heard someone moved out recently because they have not had any hot water since they moved in!!!
For the rents they charge you think you would get better quality..Not here...All I can say is look else where....You can do better...

There has been no instance when a resident hasn't had hot water unless they have not reported it. Heresay is the root of all evil. Believe all of what you see and none of what you hear. As the Maintenance Supervisor for 5 years I take this comment personally. Since when is it Managements/Maintenance responsibility to pick up Irresponsible Pet owners crap. We take it all day long from people like you, we dont need to have you slinging it every chance you can.

You should start fining people for not picking up after their dogs thats what other apartment complexes are now doing it makes it happier for everyone else. No one should suffer for other peoples crap
