I have been here almost 3 years and I think its a nice place. The grounds are nice and well kept. The office staff is very helpful and all fixes are done quickly. Regarding packages, that's a postal and UPS problem, the folks in the mgmt. office hand over packages very nicely. Yes, i wish residents would pick up after their dogs and not litter the parking lot, but that happens everywhere. I came from South Boston where you can't even walk on the sidewalk! My issue is that the rent is a bit high, I had a $200 increase last year so don't be lured in by the cheap first year offer, but I'm still here until they increase it again.

Hello - I hear that none of the utilities are paid by the complex. Could you (or anyone) tell me how much on average - by season - the total utilities come to? (gas electric water/sewage)
