nice place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I have been here almost 3 years and I think its a nice place. The grounds are nice and well kept. The office staff is very helpful and all fixes are done quickly. Regarding packages, that's a postal and UPS problem, the folks in the mgmt. office hand over packages very nicely. Yes, i wish residents would pick up after their dogs and not litter the parking lot, but that happens everywhere. I came from South Boston where you can't even walk on the sidewalk! My issue is that the rent is a bit high, I had a $200 increase last year so don't be lured in by the cheap first year offer, but I'm still here until they increase it again.
