So i'm curious if Ridge Tenant lives at the Ridge at Blue Hills because they've had a social director for the past couple of months and its actually so easy to see what activities are planned if you go online to the property website everything is updated in a calander. Ya i agree the first few snow storms the snow removal was not so good at first but they've been great since that first bad snow storm, I have a garage and they even cleaned in front of that for me to get in the morning! Management has been the same just a few new faces but everyone has been great and responsive to service requests and so forth. I love it and would def recommend it to my friends!!

Yes me and my family live here, our experience has been pretty bad, no heat, ac not working on the hostest days, rude staff, we know that another resident has filed lawsuits against managment for discrimination. If you want to know anything about your neighbors just ask the maintenance staff, they are willing to share confidential information about your neighbors! Let's hope that the tenants association can be of some help to us. www.rbhtenants.com
