There are some pros of living here, but the cons far outweigh the pros.

Pro: Good finishes to apartment, great location, nice clubhouse

Cons: Security problems, broken windows/doors, crummy construction, high rent


So the location is great. Right near the mall, highway, Boston, stores, etc. But this does not make up for the fact that things get stolen from people's doorways (UPS packages, decorations, etc.) Theft has become such a problem that I noticed that a security guard was hired. I actually saw one guard carrying a gun. The rent is extremely high. I'm disappointed that we didn't choose to live at Archstone in Quincy. These apartments seem to be the same quality, but the rent is a bit lower and each apartment comes with it's own garage. My wife will owe me for this.

I noticed a broken window in one of the empty apartments a few months ago and this has yet to be fixed. I figured someone would have noticed and fixed this.

I often hear my neighbors above and below us. Is the construction bad or are my neighbors just really loud' Also during the winter we have heard the plows and the men shoveling off the sidewalks at 1am. It's so loud it sounds like they're inside our bedroom.

I'm hoping the security issue gets resolved quickly.
