I have lived at theis apt since the fall of 2007. I do agree thaat there were a few 'bumps in the road', so to speak, but overall, I think that the place is comfortable. I do not usually write reviews, but I was a bit surprised at how vacol the negative tenants are. I think that the amenities are good and considering that it is a shared space, I think that overall it is better than many other places I have experienced. I think that the biggest issue I have experienced had to do with other residents who have a lack of disrespect for the property.
