Not a place you would call home sweet home. The place is too smokey and the maintenence people should go to school and learn all of the trades and the english language, They do not know how to fix anything. They do not sand or salt if they plow and the dumpster is always overflowing. I had to call the police a few times on a neighbor for being loud and marijuana smoke coming into our apartment. The washer and dryer in the unit is crappy, and they have a serious ant and centipede problem. On occasion we had brown water coming out of the faucets, and when you take a shower in the morning the hot water lasts for 5 minutes, you always have to keep your hand on the dial so you can turn it hotter. Some neghbors keep their trash outside their door. If you HAVE to live there keep to yourself!!! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

I agree, the place is going downhill. it's like a project. When you want something fixed, you have to wait a while and when they do come, they are rude and do not fix it right. There was a neighbor above me that was nice and out of nowhere she became a backstabber, when she went away her daughter would have parties and also saw her have guys over one at a time and she would wait for them outside with her cell phone, i think she was hooking.

I know who you're talking about, she is in the next building. Keep to yourself, there is graffiti on the rise also. don't go in the pool. And keep your eye on your kids, you don't know really who lives in these buildings. I had a pet centipede named Charlie, he would come out of the walls and run across the floor once a day to mess wit my head. Watch out for the overdosing weirdo in 41 with homer sportin'. and smokey in 39
