I like the place

I bought a condo unit at KPV 2 years ago and I've lived there with a roommate since. So far my experience there is good. Kids can get noisy during the summer when the pool is open, but it is pretty quiet for the rest of the year. I can hear neighbors flashing toilet or take a shower once a while, but can't really hear their conversations (not that I tried hard). My unit is on the 3rd floor, water leaked through the ceiling a couple of times when snow was piled on the roof. I called the condo association, they had some one to fixed it right away and sent a guy to spray the ceiling to cover the stains. My only complain would be the rising condo fee, my condo fee is more than $300/month and I consider it to be a little high since the tennis court and basketball court are poorly maintained.
In general, it's a nice place to live at, convenient to high way, downtown and college. I would recommend it to friends.
