I moved into my apartment for convenience purposes for college. Every year, the rent increase ranged from $50-$60, yet not one thing had been done to renovate, clean, or improve the quality of the apartment. The stove in my apartment is so old, there are literally holes and cracks on the range...
Supposedly each apt is alloted 2 parking spots, but usually it's a pain to find an open space. The "driveway" is dirt/rocks (not gravel) and there's about a 2-3 inch "lip" between the driveway and the sidewalk that causes us to "bottom out" virtually every time we go over it. Letters requesting maintainence/repair (or driveway maintainence) typically go unacknowledged. Overall, Starr Realty Trust (who "runs" over 30 apts. in Bridgewater) is the best definition of a "slum lord" I can think of. I'm finally out of here. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
