Joe Starr is a slumlord. He charges an obscene amount for -----hole apartments. The place we lived was disgusting and all other tenants had severe drug problems. There was multiple holes in the walls, obscene messages written all over the walls, the toilets could never be flushed or they would flood the bathroom (even with just a single sheet of toilet paper). I saw countless drug deals happening either outside or in the hall ways. One of the neighbors left drug needles in the hallway. The maintenance guy was always on some kind of pills and not doing his work. Never rent from Joe Starr. He lets you live in a absolute dump and doesn't blink an eye when you hand him the rent check. The whole house seemed like it was going to collapse with any kind of weight on it. It was just a house that needed to be knocked down and rebuilt.
