I have been in the appartment for 7 months and for the first few months the guy below me was sick so we could hear him coughing all the time. I figuired it was because the window was open since this was the summer. He has since moved on. But now the person above me has taken over. I know he is an avid football fan since I can hear play by play what is going on with the game on his television when I am lying in bed. I can even hear him snore at night. I can tell you when he rolls over because the bed will creak. He also gets up at 3:30 a.m. because I get a good dose of ESPN. I definately would not reccomend this place if you have trouble sleeping with noise.
