I've lived here couple months. But I definately move out as soon as my contract expires. Don't know what happen with the management staff. They handled job poorly and not professionally. The building stair are not clean as before. As other reviewers have mentioned, you can hear anything above you. The wall is very thin. I was up all night just because of the footsteps.

The only good here is a lanscape. But that's it. It's not worth to pay more than 1K just to enjoy the landscape.
