Get temporary apt, but not long term

we moved in after college and thought it would be a great place to live for a few years but realized differently after a few months. we had a few minor problems and the maint guys are great. they landscape the front grounds meticulously and basically ignore that back buildings. our rent started at $1199 and went up to $1299 after the first year yet new tenants can still get the same apt for only $1199 (the women was honest at the front and said that corp knows most people would pay rather than dealing with the hassle of moving again) the laundry machines are also extremely small and at takes several loads to get anything done. within year the price went from $2.60 per load (wash & dry) to $3.50. there is also a gang of 12 year olds that walk around vandalizing the property and mgmt doesnt seem to care. overall, its great for the short term but would not recommend it to someone looking for long term housing
