I have lived here for a year now and I have not experienced any of the problems that I have read about on these reviews. I needed to have my towel holder fixed and it was done a day after I called about it. We don't have dirty water and our apartment is extremely quiet. I have a newly renovated apartment with a new kitchen and bathroom and they did a very good job on everything, and nothing has come apart or fallen apart, we are very happy with our apartment. The rent does not go up $100 dollars after one lease year, it goes up 13 dollars but if you are lazy and don't stay on top of your lease arraignment and you wait until just before the lease is up then it goes up 100 bucks. We got our lease renewal form 2 weeks ago and the form said if you renew the lease with a month or more left then you pay 13.00 more. Like I said before this place is great but you need to know what you want before you move in. You will find that for the most part people on what a call "the campus" go out of their way to be nice to you. Anyway I would like to give this place the justification is deserves.
