Waterford Village

*UPDATED WITH PHOTOS*
It wasn't all it was hyped up to be. Management was slow to respond to some problems. We had started getting rusty water shortly after we moved in and it was still happening when we moved out. The management didn't even consider it a problem. The back door to our building had problems closing at least every few weeks (it faced the parking lot so everyone used it as the main door). Now that it is getting close to the warmer season it is also probably good to mention the fact that the apartment would get quite warm in the summer time. The wall A/Cs just barely cover the rooms they are in. Forget about reaching the kitchen or the 2nd bedroom! No, fans did not help the situation. The complex is also right by a water treatment plant and the smell from it was HORRIBLE! Oh, and they don't mention that rent goes up almost $100 after the first year.
