Waterford villiage in Bridgewater, MA is a joke, the buildings are highly outdated, unless you want to pay a ridiculous amout for a newer, updated one. The management purposely does not record complaints or work orders, so like in my case when you are forced to break a lease because of the conditions, magically the yr and half of complaints and work orders arent there. The backdoor to my building is so broken I have to call monthly to have it fixed, oh but waite, did I really' See the broken, falling apart door magically fixes itself, because when I asked for the work orders, there werent any! They replaced my buildings water heaters(which were broken for 2 days in a row after, when I called the repair guy he said" Im not really blowing you off, but I know by the time I get there youll have hot water, everyone in the building is probably taking showers at the same time". Also a nice added bonus was my water is a fantastic shade of yellow since.I also have neighbors on the first floor who bless me with allowing me to hear their tv and radio crystal clear, I lived on the 3rd floor. But according to the management those are all"concerns" not complaints, because even though I brought a calander with dates, names and what I complained about, they had no record of it. SO advise to anyone looking here, go somewhere else, its over priced, very outdated, and not to mention the crooked management here mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

I lived here as well and I unfortunately know that this review is quite true. I had the same problems as what is listed. Half of my complaints were surprisingly missing when I went check out many we had. Like... the fact that they cut our carpet too short in some spots and it was starting to unravel before we even moved in? Nope, not even listed despite the fact that we called them on it at least once or twice! Maintenance even came and checked it out and told us it was cut too short and needed to be "stretched". It didn't help.

I agree to this review and the response. I was a former resident. When I sent my non-renewal letter, I asked to have an inspection with a member of management. They did not do this, but rather gave me the paperwork and said everything was ok. I then got a letter in the mail that my deposit was not being refunded because they found damage in my apartment. I called the office to get this settled and they told me that I needed to call AIMCO, the property owner, the property manager told me that it was out of her hands. I am now living in a beautiful community in Abington and I highly reccomend it.
