Concerns and Thoughts on Waterford Village Apartments

Well first and foremorst. The BROWN water has to go. That was my main reason as to why I broke my lease. The previous person that had the pictures attached with the brown and yellow water is CORRECT. I wish I knew about this site before I rented, because I would not have rented here at all. This was an issue about 1 to 3 times a month. I was using bottled water to cook with, and there was several occassions where I had to leave my water running (bath room/shower/kitchen) for hours at a time until it ran clear.

The management staff was cool. No complaints there, I have a nagging type personality espicially when I pay my rent on time and I always presented my issues/concerns while there were potential renters in the club house. So my issue were resovled for the most part and very quickly.

The auto debit program that they use to take the rent out of your account. Well I would not recommend anyone doing that. The company that they used made a huge mistake and took an additional months rent out for ALL the people that has there account attached to the auto debit program. What made it worse, was that I did not find out about this until I went to get something from ATM and they told me that I was negative about $1200. The apartment complex or the company that does the auto debit program never called to inform the renters that there was an issue with the accounts tied to the auto debit program. I had to go to the bank and have the bank inform to me that Waterford took out an additonal months rent. Luckly for me, I had a the extra funds to put back into my account until they corrected the issue. Oh yeah.. it took them 2 days to correct the issue.

Washing Facilites, well you are better off going to the laundrymat up the street from the apartment. Because the price of washing is too high and the size of the machines is too small and it requires you to purchase a credit card where you apply money to use the washing and drying facilites. Unless you need to wash for urgency, I would advise against it.
