Well first off the apartment that they consider renovated is poor quality. The fake hard wood floor started coming up shortly after we moved in. Our stove is constantly breaking and our dish washer sounds like a mack truck. Also the paint on my car is ruined from their sprinkler systems. The managment got back to me fast but told me it's my responsibility to have the cars paint fixed and wait for the land scaping company to cut me a check. I don't think so! a responsible managment would have me do it but take it of my rent..don't you think' Also have fun trying to get to your car in the morning because the sprinklers cover all possible walking areas. They also decide to mow the lawns at 7-8 a.m on my only day off and leave the mower idling under my window. The rent goes up almost $100 if you resign the lease, pet rent went up to $35 per pet...for what' This place sucks...it's a rip off...laundry is over priced and the machines are small. The staff kisses your ass but only in front of potential residents...---- hole!
