Winter Blues is the walkways are shoveled poorly and they always forget the back ones too. They plow your car in / instead of plowing you out. I saw three shovelers at the guard shack on off hours shoveling there,while snow is filling the walkways. ice builds up on walkways!!
Summer time smells - the water treatment plant.
Other - no security at all. I drive in there and all they do is wave , they sit on there cells and talk. this is no way to represent there company or Waterford Village. I only see one guard that does there job and she does it well (drives a red car.) I called security re;issue and they couldnt assist me till the am.
all they care is ; your a good resident and you provide $$$
